Background

Carlson Gracie Jr. is a 4th Degree Black Belt directly under Carlson Gracie Sr., who is the master of many champions as well as Jr.'s father.  Jr. has been training Jiui-Jitsu for over 25 years.  Before moving to the United States, Jr. was instructing full time in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.  Being called the "Prince of Jiu-Jitsu", Jr. managed to live up to the name with many great accomplishments as a fighter and competitor.  Carlson Jr. has won 10 Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Championships in numerous tournaments in Brazil, 6 Greco-Roman wrestling championships and holds a Black Belt in Judo as well.

Jr. is known for his superior teaching ability and his wonderful personality.  Whether he is making you laugh off the mat, or developing your skills on the mat, he has much to offer in the art of Jiu-Jitsu.  With several schools opening in the United States including Chicago and Cincinnati Jr., managed to become actively involved in teaching seminars all over the nation.
