Prof. Bernardo "Treko" is a Gracie Jiu Jitsu Black Belt and instructor of the Gracie Sydney Association and teaches with Prof. Bruno Panno at his schools across Sydney.

Step 1
Treko has the closed guard and controls Luke's sleeve.
|
|
|
Step 2 & 3
Treko swims his left hand under Lukes forearm and all the way over to secure an overhook.
|
|
|
Step 4 & 5
Treko loops his left arm behind his left leg and links his hands together, then brings his right forarm in front of Lukes head.
|
|
|
Step 6 - 9
With Luke trapped, Treko is able to swing his left leg over and finish with the "omoplata" shoulder lock.
